Almond fish gratin

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Chop the onion and garlic. Squeeze the spinach well. Mix them with the chopped onion and garlic and with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the spinach in a baking dish. Cut the fish into large pieces, salt lightly and arrange them on the spinach. Halve the lime, cut it into thin slices and distribute them over the fish. Coarsely chop the almonds. Sprinkle them with the dried herbs on the gratin. Bake the gratin in the centre of the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
